With a background in hospitality and 20 years in this industry, my role is to make sure that Gatwick Diamond Business delivers for the business community in the Gatwick Diamond.
Whether it’s addressing membership issues, effecting introductions, lobbying local politicians or influencing national policy issues, my role is to make sure the economy of the Gatwick Diamond grows.

After five years of looking after Membership Recruitment & Retention for gdb, I am really excited to have moved in to the new role of Office & Events Manager.
My responsibilities include assisting our Chief Executive in the smooth running of gdb, organising the Events programme, managing operational & administrative functions and providing leadership, motivation and support to the team here at gdb.
I look forward to playing my part in the growth and continued success that the gdb Membership brings to the Gatwick Diamond and to the Business Community.
Membership, Marketing and Events Apprentice

Having recently joined gdb as an apprentice I am being Supported by Crawley Borough Council, Gatwick Airport and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, to study for a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, focussing on modules that support my work in Membership, Marketing and Events.

Membership Development Executive

As the Membership Development Executive, my main purpose is to support the day to day needs of existing members along with potential new joiners.
Retaining and recruiting is fundamental to the gdb Membership!
I source potential new members through various avenues, for example, I like to attend other people’s events (invitations always welcome!).
It is also great to receive referrals from current members. So if you think of any clients or contacts that might benefit from getting involved and I will happily meet with them to discuss the commercial benefits our Membership can bring.
Additionally, I welcome the opportunity of meeting with current members to discuss how to get the best from their membership.
Providing excellent Customer Service is the essence of my role so please do contact with any questions you have and I will be on hand to help!
