Entries are now being sought for the Made in the South East Awards, the region's premier awards for the manufacturing sector.

The Awards recognise and reward the talent and skills that South East manufacturers have in abundance. The Awards were established to celebrate the success of manufacturing companies in the South East and to reward the innovation and technological expertise that the region is home to.

What does winning mean?:

"Winning our Made in the South East award has had two benefits to our business. The first is credibility within our market place. The recognition we received is very valuable and a real boost to a dedicated and capable team. The second is that we have been implementing a period of change within the business, and external recognition of our strategy helped build the confidence within Team G&B that we are on the right path." Laura McBrown, managing director, G&B Electronics (Winner, SME Manufacturing Company of the Year 2015)
