The 'new normal' is fast becoming everyday speak but what it actually means for your business is probably unclear, and will remain so for a long time. We are in a world of uncertainty where going back to what we were doing before is not going to work. We need to create organisations which are connected, collaborative and imaginative. In this session Dr Robert Coles, Roffey Park's CEO will explore creating agile organisations which can adapt and change ready to face the future with confidence. He will explore the concept of agile organisations using Roffey Park's own experience in using Agile to build a digital business model in the space of just 6 weeks including what this has meant for the culture, people and leadership team at Roffey Park.
