Thakeham is proud to sponsor this year's Gatwick Diamond Members Meeting and AGM.

A local infrastructure led homebuilder and placemaker, we are delighted to have been awarded an HBF 5 star rating and listed in the 'Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2020'. In January this year we announced that we would be spearheading a crusade to become Carbon Neutral by 2025. Every Thakeham home will be carbon neutral in production and in lifetime operation. Our new village, Woodgate at Pease Pottage, has already seen us deliver infrastructure and road improvements, we've already started on the school that will also provide the new home for Warninglid School, in addition to delivering quality private and affordable new homes.

Still to look forward to are the new St.Catherine's Hospice and the community facilities around the village green. Our Gatwick Diamond location remains a big part of our success and we are grateful for the support and inspiration we continue to receive from the community.
