Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace

Jo and Trevor are the clinic owners at Bridgeham Clinic, located in the Manor Royal business district in Crawley. They are passionate about helping people to enjoy movement and solve the mystery of why their body does what it does. They strive to help all people to 'Be the best they can be'.

They have created an environment where patients can share their health experiences and feel completely safe, supported by high quality practitioners who focus on providing complete wellness integrating health with care.

Bridgeham specialises in making movement as effortless and pain free as possible, as soon as possible, whilst also focusing on your wellbeing.

Josie is a Senior Manager in Wellbeing and Benefits at Virgin Atlantic. Josie has worked for Virgin Atlantic for nearly 18 years in a variety of training and Occupational Health roles. She is a Registered Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse with a particular focus on Workplace Wellbeing. Supporting and driving a changing culture, to articulate and proactively message wellness. She has a keen interest in travel health and aviation. Josie is also an advocate for opening-up conversation and reducing the stigma associated with mental health. She is currently enjoying studying as a personal performance coach. 

Together they will explain:

The link between physical and mental health and give you some top tips on providing support to your employees.Research shows that good health is good for business and better workplaces have better financial results.

By listening to and empathising with employees, supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, the whole team will be more efficient and increase productivity for the business. 

Showing people that you care about them and their wellbeing is a great way to increase employee engagement and loyalty.
