Your website might look nice, but is it doing its job? Maximising website performance in 2023
For most businesses, the cost of creating and maintaining a website ought to be justified easily by the benefits it brings, whether it's by directly and profitably handling sales or by supporting an offline sales process. So is your website performing as well as it could?
In this overview session, Alicja Gaszynski and Ben Harvey from Storm12 will encourage you to think about the ways in which you can assess and improve your website's performance. We'll challenge you to redefine your understanding of website performance and guide you on how to effectively measure and enhance it.
At the end of this session, you may not have all the answers, but you'll hopefully be inspired to start thinking objectively about whether your site is working as hard as you are to achieve your business goals.
'All the world's a stage ... and one person in their time plays many parts' - How well do you perform as yourself?
Throughout our personal and professional lives there are many 'big' performances we plan for - our business, work presentations, big events like weddings and birthdays where all eyes might be on us, perhaps even sporting or musical events - running a 10K or playing in a concert.
But how much thought do you give to your performance on a daily, micro level - do you know what 'great' looks like for you and what is possibly holding you back?
In this session, Carrie will be exploring some key areas of personal performance to help you 'play many parts' every day.
In this session, we will explore:
- How to take a personal inventory of what 'best performance' looks like for each individual
- What obstacles challenge best performance and why boundaries are important
- How to communicate these boundaries effectively to others to protect performance
By the end of this session, participants will have clarity on their personal success criteria for peak performance in their everyday lives.
