Join Chichester College Expert, Kathie Damon, on this one-hour virtual workshop which will introduce you to the concept and benefits of adopting Lean techniques to improve working practices that will benefit you, your customers, and your organisation.

Kathie will introduce you to tools which will assist you to discover the root causes of problems, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
