West Sussex County Council Connect to Work

Connect to Work is a government-funded programme providing employment support to disadvantaged people across West Sussex. The programme aims to support up to 2,700 residents over 5 years, and welcomes partnerships with employers to support them with inclusive recruitment and employment.

Connect to Work offers the following services to employers:

• helping businesses find the right candidates

• inclusive support for businesses onboarding new employees

• support to help retain those already in work

• resources and training on inclusive recruitment and employment

Rebecca Duffy, Employer Engagement Lead, will be talking to the meeting about how Connect to Work can support businesses with training opportunities and resources.
