After an eclectic career in finance and IT, Pradeep DISCovered DISC, a psychometric tool based on observable behaviours 20 years ago. He is now bringing to market Behavioural Intelligence, the ability to build rapport and stronger business relationships for better business outcomes.

Joe Cheal, Imaginarium Learning & Development

Joe is an award-winning facilitator and author with an extensive background in psychological modelling. Since 1993, he has worked with thousands of people, helping them to develop greater confidence and flexibility when dealing with others. He is fascinated by ‘difficult’… and how to make it easier!
