About the programme

Diamond Future Leaders is a six-month leadership development programme designed to equip emerging leaders with the confidence, skills and practical tools needed to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Who is it for?

This programme is ideal for:

First-time people managers
Subject matter experts taking on greater leadership responsibilities
Emerging leaders and high performances seeking development opportunities
Business owners and directors growing their teams and organisations

What will participants gain?

Through six engaging face-to-face sessions, participants will:

Develop a strong leadership mindset and competencies aligned to CMI Professional Standards
Learn to manage teams, performance and workplace challenges
Explore marketing, business development, AI and technology opportunities
Build emotional intelligence, selling and relationship-management skills
Strengthen strategic thinking, financial awareness and decision-making
Improve stakeholder management, influencing and accountability

Duration: 6 months (one session per month)

Format: Face-to-face workshops

Time Required: In person - half day / 3-3.5 hour sessions* plus additional self-study time is encouraged to work through resources and reflective prompts

Location: Crawley Innovation Centre

When: Third Friday of each month (morning sessions)
