Branding Box creates a new website for gdb member - Everwell Associates

Everwell Associates came to us with a problem. Their website was dated, difficult to update, and no longer reflected the professionalism of their business. It was built on WordPress, but not in a way that made sense for them. Updating it was frustrating. Key content was hidden or missing. And accessibility? That was another issue entirely. They initially asked us to fix what was already there. But after a closer look, it became clear: a rebuild would be faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective in the long run. Sometimes, starting fresh is the smartest option. So we stripped everything back and built a new website that not only looks good but works hard behind the scenes too.

Telling Their Story Properly

One of the first things we noticed was that the old site lacked detail. It wasn’t clear what Everwell actually did, who they worked with, or how they helped their clients. We spoke to them, listened closely, and rewrote the site from the ground up. Every service now has its own page, explained clearly in plain English – no fluff, no jargon. Visitors now land on the site and instantly understand what Everwell offers and how they can help. Good copy doesn’t just fill space. It builds trust, answers questions, and encourages action. That’s exactly what we delivered.

Design That Reflects the Brand

Design matters - but not just for the sake of looking good. It needs to reflect the values of the business and be easy to use. Everwell’s new website is clean, fresh, and structured to guide visitors naturally. We focused on improving readability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness - so the site works for everyone, everywhere. Their dragonfly logo is now more than just a symbol - it’s a design element that carries through the site subtly, tying everything together. This consistent use of branding builds recognition and gives the site a professional finish. Small touches, but they go a long way.

Making Information Easier to Find

Previously, key documents like policies were hidden at the bottom of the website in PDF format. Not great for user experience, and not ideal for SEO either. We took each of these documents and gave them a proper home. Now, every policy has its own page, making the information easy to read, search, and update. It’s a small change with a big impact – both for users and for the team at Everwell. We also added a news section to help boost visibility in search engines. Each month, we post updates that keep their site fresh and relevant, while helping more people find them online. SEO isn’t just about keywords – it’s about consistency.

Jargon Buster: What Is Website Copy?

You’ve probably heard the phrase “website copy” before – but what does it actually mean? Website copy is the written content on your website. It’s the words on your homepage, your about page, your services, contact forms, and even your buttons. But good website copy does more than just explain what you do. It speaks directly to your ideal client, answers their questions, and builds trust. It should sound like you – clear, approachable, and confident. At Branding Box, we don’t just design how your site looks – we write the words that help people take action. That’s what good copy does. It guides, connects, and converts.

The Result? A Website That Works

Everwell now have a site that does their business justice. It's fast, professional, and easy to use – both for visitors and for the team behind it. It's a solid foundation they can build on, and one we’ll continue to support with fresh content and SEO guidance. If your website feels outdated, confusing, or hard to manage, you’re not alone. We can help you build something better.
