Engaging Flexibility 2021
- What have we learnt about flexible and remote working? Is it sustainable, why not just go back to 'normal'??
- What are some of the business challenges and who are the stakeholders we need to support?
- How can we maintain momentum to keep staff engaged?
When individuals develop the 'right' work-life blend, happiness and wellbeing tends to increase… along with performance and productivity. People need different things at different times, so how can a business develop such flexible approaches at management, strategic, system and cultural levels?
This highly interactive and dynamic session will help business leaders, managers and HR practitioners to forge practical solutions and plans… to maintain the momentum of flexibility at work.
