Why Employee Education Should be a Priority for Your Business
The focus of this seminar is to introduce the types of training that are available to businesses - including T levels, apprenticeships, placements, bespoke tailored training, and short adult programmes - that can support key themes in line with new talent pipelines and an emphasis on careers in the workplace. Additionally, it will highlight how training is essential for managing gaps in skills, upskilling and reskilling current staff,
professionalisation of qualifications and enriching well-being and teams within the workplace.
These factors are all key to attracting and retaining staff and having a balanced and motivated staff culture at the heart of your business.
Often businesses are unaware of how they can work with training providers to access funding and support to enhance CPD priorities in line with current plans and targets. This workshop focuses on opportunities that are available relating to current reforms such as Skills for Jobs and Levelling Up, where businesses are able to plan a central role in influencing and directing training to meet their needs.
