The Young Enterprise Tenner Challenge is an enterprise programme for young people aged 11 – 19 that challenges them to start a business with just £10. Through the programme they develop key employability skills they'll need for a bright future in business. They will have four weeks in March 2016 to turn their Tenner into as much money as possible (legally!).
Now it's your turn!
Young Enterprise has launched its first ever corporate Tenner Challenge giving individuals or teams a real taste of what it's like to be an entrepreneur in just three easy steps. To take part in this exciting new initiative, participants are asked to:
• Donate £10 start-up capital for their business
• Raise as much money as they can throughout the month of March 2016
• Donate the proceeds to Young Enterprise
The challenge will provide participants with an opportunity to be creative in identifying new business ideas, using real money to take calculated risks in the business field. Donating the money back to Young Enterprise will help to make a difference to the lives of many young people across West Sussex.
Young Enterprise is the UK's largest business and enterprise education charity. Every year we deliver over 4 million learning hours to 250,000 young people learn about business and the world of work in the classroom under the guidance of volunteers from 3,500 companies.
