We welcome business owners, HR Managers, directors and employees responsible for personnel issues who work in the Digital Media Sector.
Annabel has over 12 years’ experience as a management consultant, leadership coach and coach supervisor. She is also an accredited Coach and Investor in People adviser. Annabel holds a CMI level 7 Diploma in Consulting and is a trained Mediator.
Annabel has particular expertise in leadership development, raising individual performance, communication, marketing and personal branding. She has worked with many senior executives and top teams in both large and small organisations on coaching and change management programmes, with a specific focus on developing leaders to build organisations to which people want to belong.
Appraisals, job chats, performance reviews – whatever you want to call them – are an essential part of a manager’s toolkit to ensure that staff understand the importance of their roles, provide clarity on their own objectives or goals and recognise how they help the organisation to achieve its objectives or goals.
This session will include:
- Why appraisals are so important to both the individual, team and organisation
- What makes them effective
- What happens when they are neglected
- What best practice looks like
This event will be held at Madgex from 9:15 am to 11.15 am on Thursday 20 July 2017.
