We are delighted to invite you to our first HR Forum. The aim is for you to gain useful insights to take back to your own organisation.
About the Forum
Staff are your most valuable asset and the Forum is the perfect opportunity for you to keep up-to-date with recent HR and employment law developments. You will also meet other business owners and managers from a cross section of companies within the local area. You can discuss any tricky issues you have with your peers in a relaxed, round table environment. Additionally, our team of specialists provide advice, support and ideas drawn from our own experiences.
Topics covered so far in other offices include:
- how to deal with unacceptable comments on social media;
- how to dismiss a problem employee;
- developing case law about holiday pay;
- the gig economy.
The discussion will focus on practical tips for companies to minimise their risks and liabilities.
