Christine Gannon joins Martin Searle Solicitors' Employment Law department to meet the rising demand for specialist employment law advice and Employment Tribunal representation for employers and employees following the pandemic. This ranges from advising business owners on restructuring their business and carrying out a fair redundancy process as well as acting for a large number of employees who have been discriminated against or unfairly dismissed.

Charlotte Beardwell joins our Support Team having graduated with a First in International Law in 2020.

Fiona Martin, Head of Employment Law, says: "I'm delighted to welcome Christine and Charlotte to our firm. The Legal 500 Employment 2021 recognises us for our "record of representing employers and employees in age, race, disability, and sex discrimination claims and "strong sense of moral responsibility". Both Christine and Charlotte share our firm's values and are keen to make a difference for all our clients.

We are currently in a fortunate position to be able to recruit at a time when businesses are having to make cuts. We will continue to support our local business community and the charitable and not-for-profit sectors by providing free Employment Law training and support through Community Works."
