The STEP-UP internship programme has been extended - SME applications have re-opened

The Step-Up Programme has been extended for three months, and applications have re-opened until mid September 2021

Step-Up is an internship and training programme for SMEs in the C2C Local Enterprise Partnership region, where you can access talented graduates to help sustain and grow your business through fully-funded graduate internships. 85 businesses have already benefitted and secured their intern, and we now have spaces for a small number of SMEs.

By joining Step-Up you will benefit from expert-led masterclasses, the opportunity to build relationships with the universities of Brighton and Sussex, and recruit a fully-funded graduate intern for six weeks in Autumn 2021 - all at no cost to you.

Our offer to you …

  • Access to bright self-motivated 2021 graduates
  • Access to join free online SME masterclasses, which can be attended by any staff member.
  • Following the masterclass series, you can recruit a fully-funded graduate intern for six weeks this Autumn 2021
