We're Trialling a Nine-Day Working Fortnight!
Our CEO, Carlene Jackson, has been speaking to the media about our plans to implement a nine-day working fortnight, including to Heart FM (click here to listen to that interview).
Under this scheme, our employees will have every other Friday off, while only being asked to add 30 minutes to the other nine working days in every fortnight. Crucially, their pay will not be affected.
Naturally, we're trialling the initiative before fully implementing it. A significant factor in that trial will be the feedback you give us, good or bad, over the summer.
Please be assured that customer support for users of our Client Success Care Packages will be unchanged and available Monday-Friday throughout that period as we are using a rota system for members of our Client Success Team to have that Friday off.
We're going into this initiative confident that - with good planning - there is only benefit to you. In fact, the preperation we have done so far has already made us 20% more efficient so we hope you start to see the benefits. The alternative Friday will be a SILCC (Strategy, Innovation, Learning, Charity & Community) day, where we will be executing doing all five of those things to improve our services, solutions and overall customer experience. We believe our staff will be more energised, engaged and focused and will deliver even more to you.
