Kreston Reeves advises US-based Miles Partnership on UK acquisition

Kreston Reeves has advised Miles Partnership on the acquisition of UK-based Black Diamond, an integrated media and communications agency specialising in travel.

Miles Partnership, headquartered in Florida, USA, is a strategic marketing consultancy focused exclusively on the travel and tourism sector. It has acquired Black Diamond as part of its ambitious international growth plans.

The Kreston Reeves team was led by Corporate Finance Partner Jack Clipsham and Associate Director Craig Dallender. They were supported by Corporate Tax Senior Manager James O'Leary and Corporate Finance Executive Lloyd Halliwell.
