PDT Solicitors advises Etal (UK) Limited on its acquisition of Avon Magnetics

We are delighted to have advised Etal (UK) Limited (a member of the KAMIC Group) on its acquisition of Avon Magnetics, a leading British manufacturer of wound magnetic components to industries such as aerospace, defence and medical technology. The company has a purpose built facility located in Christchurch, Dorset.

Avon's history dates back to the 1960's and the company today employees around 50 employees with annual sales of circa £2.5m. KAMIC Group is a privately owned Swedish corporate group that acquires, owns and develops technology-based businesses in selected niches. The Group currently comprises some 40 companies active in both trade and manufacturing. Together the companies have some 1,600 employees in 14 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.
