Building a greener future with Surrey County Council and ESC

We are pleased to share that East Surrey College has received funding from Surrey County Council to support Trades People and Construction Professionals with Free Green Skills training.

Surrey County Council funding has been awarded a part of Surrey County Council’s Climate Change Delivery plan, Retrofit represents a £10 billion market opportunity within Surrey alone, Surrey County Council want to bring together large and small businesses within key sectors to increase sustainability.


ESC has been asked to head up the business development for the programme and as part of this funding we are launching Free Training Courses for the Green Skills sector:

  • Heat Pump Upskilling for BPEC Level 3 Air Source Heat Pump Systems
  • NVQ Level 2 Insulation and Building Treatments


This is a fantastic opportunity for us to support Trades People and Construction Professionals ’ to be able to receive high quality upskilling and gain industry recognised qualifications.
