If you would love to sleep better, this interactive online workshop is for you! We'll talk about how sleep works and look at practical things you can do that can help with sleep, and things you could avoid. We will discuss how stress affects sleep and how we can reduce some of this. You will learn some science based tools from my work as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Health and Wellbeing Coach, to help you relax, switch off and take yourself into a deeply calm state to drift off to sleep naturally and peacefully, night after night.
