Open Morning at Saltwhistle Business Park

SHW held an agents' open morning at Saltwhistle Business Park this week to showcase the five brand-new industrial/warehouse units which are now available to let.

Located at 42-44 Holmethorpe Avenue in Redhill, the new units, built by Wilten Construction on behalf of Vamos Invest, offer high-quality business space ranging from 5,300 to 7,300 sq ft, developed with the latest environmental requirements in mind, rated EPC A and BREEAM "Very Good".

Alex Gale, Partner of SHW, sole letting agent for Saltwhistle Business Park, says: "This new development provides much needed, high quality industrial/warehouse space to suit the requirements of a number of occupiers. We already have Unit 1 under offer and interest in two of the remaining units."

Located just one mile from Redhill Train Station, with great connections to Gatwick Airport and the UK motorway network via the A23, this area is a well-established industrial and warehouse location, with nearby occupiers including Screwfix, Howdens and Toolstation.

David Morris of Vamos Invest, comments: "We are delighted to have completed the development of this best in class, last mile logistics building. Built on a speculative basis, our belief in the strength of the market have been proven with the interest we have had so far. We look forward to announcing the first letting in due course and attracting further occupiers to this stand-out new industrial space."

Matt Fry, Director, Wilten Construction, comments: "This has been a fantastic scheme to be involved in for Vamos Invest Limited, a great effort by the team on delivering five industrial warehouse units complete with ancillary offices, parking and landscaping to meet the client's exact needs. Thank you to our fantastic supply chain for the high standards achieved as we continue to deliver on our Wilten Promise."
