Storm12 Welcomes New Talent: Meet Sarah White and Ellie Murray

As part of their growth strategy, Storm12 has recently expanded their team by welcoming two new members. Ellie Murray joined in October as the new Digital Content Assistant, and shortly after, Sarah White as Storm12’s Office Manager.

Sarah White

Storm12 were very excited to welcome their new Office Manager, Sarah White to the team in November.

Sarah has great experience in customer focused roles, previously working at a startup company where she was their first employee. Through this role Sarah focused on growing, training and developing an amazing team, product and client base.

During Sarah’s nine and a half years with the company, her role was varied and she adapted and changed to suit the needs of the business and its employees. From customer service delivery, training and mentoring to account management, client relations and communications, Sarah worked closely with the founders and director, supporting them and looking after whatever was required.

As Office Manager, Sarah is responsible for both internal and client-facing tasks at Storm12, some of which include: facilitating client requests and meetings, assisting with proposals, estimates and invoicing, organising and maintaining the Storm12 office, planning fun team activities and project management.

‘’I am thrilled to join a creative team that embraces and encourages new ideas and experiences. Storm12 have a tight knit, skilled, friendly team - where they really do work together on marketing, creative, digital and web projects. Their strength is not in an individual but in their collaborative power. I’m excited to see what and how I might be able to contribute; exploring ideas and helping to support them all.’’

Ellie Murray

Having graduated in 2023 from The University for the Creative Arts with a First Class Honours in Business and Management, Ellie was looking for a creative role where she could develop her skills in content creation, copywriting and launch a career in digital marketing.

Ellie’s degree focused on business within the creative industries, covering a variety of topics and providing her with insights into many different industries. She gained great experience during her studies working as a Digital Marketing Intern for a small sustainable activewear brand. Her main responsibilities in this role included copywriting, events management and content creation for social media, which led to Ellie discovering a passion for creative content and marketing.

Ellie’s new role as Digital Content Assistant at Storm12 has her working alongside the Digital Performance Manager and creative team, producing exciting content for their clients and for Storm12. Her responsibilities include: writing blog posts and case studies, creating engaging imagery and copy for social media posts, market research, meeting with clients to discuss marketing strategy and content ideas, coming up with innovative ideas to help build clients’ online presence, writing copy and creating content for Storm12’s website and social media.

‘‘I was thrilled to land my new role at Storm12, the whole team is so friendly and everyone has been so welcoming. I’ve already learnt so much and developed my creative and digital skills. It’s great to work with so many creative and passionate people as well as such interesting clients across so many industries.’’

Matt Saunders, the Managing Director, along with the whole team at Storm12 are thrilled to have Ellie and Sarah join the team and are looking forward to working with them.

‘’I’m excited about Ellie and Sarah joining our team to support us with our expanding digital offering and help us maximise our growth plans for 2024.”
