Friday 9 September - Building a Superteam!!

The building of a superteam will make participants share a common vision and feel empowered; a team that will communicate openly with their relationships in and outside the team; a flexible team that knows how to adapt to changing conditions; a team that works in harmony together; a team that allows individual contribution and, finally, a team with members who are enthusiastic, confident & committed.  In order to achieve the above, we will explore Lencioni's 'Five dysfunctions of a Team' and assist you in building your own superteam!

Friday 7 October  - Creating Great Conversations

Conversations play a key part in our lives. We want them to be uplifting, inclusive, creative and meaningful conversations, enhancing our communication in groups, organisations, communities and our personal lives.

This session will explore what having great conversations looks like, their impact and how we can transform our relationships though them.

We held this session in May 2016 it was extremely well received, so is back by popular demand!!

Friday 11 November -  Managing Stress and Energy

We will explore how you expand your capacity to perform in high pressure environments without compromising health and happiness and increasing your capacity to make personal change. Our view is the more prepared we are for change, the less impact it will have on us.
