See you in court!!....or not?

This session will focus on five of the most commonly litigated commercial issues. We will look at relevant case law in each of those areas to highlight how such disputes arise and the steps you can take to minimise the risk of them occurring. A positive consequence of taking steps to mitigate these risks, as shall become clear in the session, is that your business can become significantly more attractive for a potential future sale.

Sharing real life cases, we will provide you with practical tips to implement pre-emptively in your business in order to help avoid potential disputes or promptly tackle any that may arise, reducing the impact and cost to your business.

The event is especially useful for existing business owners and directors as well as those planning to set-up in business.

The experts

The session will be run by our expert, Alvin Ittoo, Dispute Resolution Solicitor at ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW.

This is an interactive session with plenty of opportunity for questions. We have refreshments throughout with time to network before and after the session.
