PDT are pleased to have acted for first time buyer Harminder Chaggar on his acquisition of Barton Pharmacy in the highly desirable North Devon coastal village of Woolacombe. As a previous employee at the community pharmacy, we helped him to fulfil a long-lived ambition to take ownership of the pharmacy.
The pharmacy based in Woolacombe was acquired from a sole trader, together with the freehold property. Along with Christie & Co we were instructed to deal with all corporate and property related matters.
