Online event on 17 November – Inclusive Financial Wellbeing: From Strategy to Action

Understanding financial wellbeing is important, but knowing how to apply that understanding in everyday life is what makes a difference.

Financial wellbeing is about more than how much you earn. Financial pressures can affect mental health, relationships, confidence, performance and future opportunities. Yet debt, the rising cost of living and the fear of financial hardship can be difficult to talk about, often leaving people struggling.

During this webinar, we will move beyond theory to explore practical ways to better understand and manage finances.

Using realistic examples, we will look at how different expenses and financial commitments affect available income, and what practical choices can help people manage their money more effectively.

We will also explore how to set achievable financial goals, develop healthier spending and saving habits, and recognise when to seek support, whatever their starting point.

Who should attend?

This webinar is ideal for decision-makers, managers and team leaders who want to understand how financial pressures affect employees’ wellbeing, focus and experiences at work. It will provide practical insights to help you make informed decisions, better support your people and build a more supportive and inclusive workplace.

You will benefit from this webinar if you work in:

  • HR and People teams looking to support employee wellbeing.
  • Managers and leaders who want to better understand the impact of financial pressures on their teams.
  • Wellbeing, inclusion and occupational health teams exploring the connection between financial and overall wellbeing.
  • Learning and development professionals developing practical wellbeing initiatives.
  • Anyone interested in improving their financial wellbeing and building healthier financial habits.

The webinar is also open to anyone who wants to learn more about financial wellbeing, develop healthier financial habits and explore practical ways to manage their own finances.

No previous financial knowledge is required.

When? On Tuesday 17 November 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM BST.

Where? Online webinar hosted in Teams.
