Set against the beautiful backdrop of the South Downs, the evening brings together two of Tottington Manor’s favourite things – exceptional food and unforgettable live entertainment.

Dean Chisnall, who currently stars as The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty’s Theatre in London, will perform a selection of much-loved West End hits in an intimate, up-close setting. His impressive career has also seen him take on leading roles including Jean Valjean in Les Misérables and Shrek in Shrek the Musical, alongside appearances in productions including Blood Brothers, Evita and La Cage aux Folles.

But this is much more than a performance. Throughout the evening, Dean will share stories and anecdotes from more than 20 years on stage, giving guests a glimpse behind the curtain and into life in some of the West End’s biggest productions.

The evening begins at 6.45pm with a glass of Sussex Sparkling Wine and canapés, before guests sit down to a five-course tasting menu created by Tottington Manor’s TERRA Restaurant team, inspired by seasonal Sussex produce. Music, dining and storytelling will then come together throughout the evening, with carriages at approximately 11.30pm.

For those who don’t want the evening to end, Tottington Manor’s 12 boutique bedrooms offer the opportunity to turn the gala into an overnight South Downs escape, with breakfast the following morning.
