The Leadership
Jessica Pinto founded the company in 2018 during the COVID-19 pandemic as a cleaning services business. Balancing the demands of a graduate course, an injured husband, and caring for a young child, she temporarily placed the business on hold. Recently, she re-launched the company with a focus on management consultancy, as well as PR and communication activities. Jessica currently serves as Director of Creat4you Ltd and as Consultant for Jessy Consultancy.
The Organisation
Led by Jessica Pinto, Director of Creat4 You Ltd., Jessica combines strategic consultancy with hands-on project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for every client. We collaborate with a trusted network of specialist professionals, including marketing and human resources experts, who are engaged on a project basis to meet specific client needs. We are expanding our internal support structure and are currently recruiting an external, self-employed bookkeeper, who is due to start on 1 February, to support our increasing financial operations. This flexible approach allows us to remain agile, scale efficiently, and bring in the right expertise at the right time.
