Arden Enterprises Group LLP is a family partnership based in Cheshire and at its Gatwick Farm holding focused on building sustainable communities through long-term stewardship, responsible development and collaborative partnerships.

Our enterprises include Cheshire’s award-winning Stock Farm Weddings and Events Barn, Short Stays, and Food, Farming & Environment operations, championing regenerative land use and commercially resilient rural businesses.

Through partnerships, including a joint venture with the Westmorland Family for www.TattonServices.com at junctions 7/8 of the M56 by Manchester Airport, we work with leading specialists to deliver best-in-class outcomes across property, land management and community-facing assets.

Our community projects range from wetland restoration with Natural England to the creation of long-term public access and wellbeing infrastructure, including the Greater Bollin Trail linear park.

Our placemaking and property activity brings heart and purpose to places, including new community assets such as The Hayhurst Arms pub in Cheshire, alongside innovative and sustainable development projects across the Tatton, Peover and Bostock Green Estates, and Gatwick Farms at Reigate.

Arden Enterprises is exploring a next-generation energy and mobility hub between London’s Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Located on the M25 corridor, the project could integrate private-wire solar generation with ultra-rapid EV charging to support the transition to zero emissions transport, with potential for complementary retail, food and leisure uses.

From long-term local investment to large-scale nature recovery, including the completion of phase three of our woodland creation programme in Cheshire, we are passionate about place.
