Everyone welcome, a great way to finish off the weekend.

Front of House Manager

The Padel Hub Crawley has an exciting opportunity for a full time Front of House Manager to join our team!
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with previous experience in a similar role of more than 1 year. Experience of problem resolution whilst ensuring a high standard and consistent thoughtful member service at all times. Leading a team and motivating them to sustain exceptional levels of performance.
You'll be someone who is self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude. Being organised, flexible and an adaptable approach to work, capable of working in a changing environment.
To ensure the Front of House and bar operations follow procedures, ensure consistency of all food and drinks leaving the bar while always putting Members at the centre of everything you do to ensure an exceptional Member experience.
This role is service-focused and requires friendliness, speedy problem-solving ability, strong people skills and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred including conveying membership package information and collecting guest fees along with catering, bartending and food service.

You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis. Minimum 35 hours per week, exclusive of breaks, on 5 out of 7 days. Must have own transport due to location not well serviced by public transport.
