Development Garden (est. 2008) is a Learning and Development business specialising in supporting Managers and Leaders to engage, develop and inspire people to be the best they can be through coaching (individual and team), facilitation and the design and delivery of bespoke workshops tailored to support your specific needs.
We are passionate about helping you with:
- Leadership – style, flexibility and helping you to develop authentic followership
- Management Fundamentals – developing your toolkit to enable you to manage performance, give great feedback, delegate, influence, motivate and engage
- Supporting managers to develop a coaching style of management and leadership and to have the confidence to manage whatever happens
- Managing change by understanding the psychology of change for people and the practical stages of change to deliver effective, sustainable change
- Understanding people, building relationships and strengthening manager and staff relationships through 1:1s, daily conversations and where appropriate, using psychometrics to support self-awareness
- Coaching and ongoing learning and development, supporting people to deliver their best work
- Transition coaching – through career change, promotion, redundancy and currently, supporting managers to understand how to help their teams transition into a new post-covid “normal”
