gdb Crisis Leadership Webinar with Imaginarium 


on 31st March 2020, we hosted our first virtual webinar along with Joe Cheal from Imaginarium

The 90-minute online session was live and interactive, giving participants an opportunity to ask questions and discuss solutions.

The aim of the session was to address how to:

  • Lead people through unexpected and highly challenging times.
  • Sort through uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Take control and normalise with a view to supporting and delivering.
  • Identify when to step in, when to support and when to leave people to it.

On 16th April 2020, Jeff Downs from Quantum Sales hosted a webinar on how to transform face-to-face selling skills into effective virtual selling techniques!
