Kay Gunn Limited is a leadership and development consultancy specialising in developing first-time people managers to become confident leaders; equipping them with the skills, behaviours and emotional intelligence to lead people well.
Our mission is clear: when managers are supported and grow, their teams and organisations grow with them.
We work with organisations who want to stop the cycle of "accidental management" and build leadership capability from the outset. Our approach is practical and grounded in real-life leadership-not tick-box training.

About Kay Gunn
Kay's work is underpinned by 25+ years of first-hand senior leadership and in-depth people development experience, gained from professional sport, travel, aviation and online retail.
Kay holds an MSc in Personnel and Development; is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor; a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an Accredited Mediator and Spotlight practitioner.
Kay's first-hand experience of being an "accidental manager" drives her passion to change the leadership landscape and set new managers up for success.
