Viewpoint Hub creates transformative corporate and team development experiences that go far beyond the ordinary away day.  Nestled in the beautiful High Weald, half way between London and Brighton, we use specially trained horses as intuitive partners to provide immediate, honest feedback that mirrors how teams communicate, lead, and collaborate. This equine-assisted approach offers a unique felt experience — powerful, memorable, and deeply human - inspiring genuine behavioural change, stronger communication, and lasting connection.

No previous horse experience is needed. Whether participants are confident or nervous, our calm and supportive environment offers the perfect setting for personal growth, confidence, and team cohesion. Our sessions are fully tailored to suit each organisation’s needs - from welcoming and integrating new teams to strengthening established groups or developing individual leadership and communication skills.

Thanks to our superb indoor arena, Viewpoint Hub is available all year round, whatever the weather. The arena’s roof supports 120 solar panels, reflecting our climate-positive commitment to sustainability and conscious business practice. We also provide a DDA-compliant toilet facility, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all visitors.

We partner with trusted local caterers for delicious on-site refreshments to suit your exact requirements served in our inviting dining room (eating outside when weather allows) and can recommend  local accommodation for teams wishing to extend their stay and make the most of their experience. Potenial to add hire of the meeting room with dining for an extra day.
