Morr & Co makes 20 promotions to support growth plans

Leading law firm Morr & Co is celebrating 20 key promotions as it continues to expand across Surrey, Hampshire and London.

Among the senior appointments, Francesca Wild has been promoted to partner in the employment team, while Laura Robson has been made partner in residential property.

Catherine Fisher, managing partner at Morr & Co, said: “Recognising and celebrating the achievements of our people is a hugely important part of our culture at Morr & Co.

“Each one of these individuals has demonstrated real talent, commitment and ambition, and these appointments reflect the valuable contribution they make to our clients and teams.

“These changes come at an exciting time for the firm as we launch our new 2026–2029 business plan. We remain committed to investing in our people, technology and processes, while continuing to nurture home-grown talent and support the firm’s ambitious long-term growth plans with strategic new hires.”

Francesca Wild joined Morr & Co as a Senior Associate in 2018 and has played an integral role in the growth of the employment practice. She advises employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including senior exits, grievances, restructures and complex tribunal claims.

Francesca said: “I'm really excited to be joining the partnership of such a fantastic firm with such a fun and collaborative group of people. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds.”

Laura Robson, who joined the firm with extensive experience in the local property market, now leads Morr & Co’s Guildford office. Since qualifying in 2017, she has advised on a broad range of residential property transactions, with particular expertise in high-value and prime residential sales and purchases.

Laura said: “Morr & Co is a very supportive firm. They are keen for people to progress and provide the right tools, such as the partner pathway scheme. It makes it feel worthwhile once you do achieve that next step because you know you’re ready for it.”

The wider promotions span multiple practice areas including employment, dispute resolution, commercial property, private client, Court of Protection and corporate & commercial, alongside several appointments across the firm’s business services teams.

Jemma Durham and Harriet Greener have both become associate solicitors in dispute resolution.

Harriet said: “I love the supportive culture and the people at Morr & Co. Being able to work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines and share expertise creates a really positive working environment.

“Strong collaboration also allows us to deliver the very best outcomes for our clients and supports the development of every member of the firm.”

Morr & Co has reported year-on-year net profit growth over the past three years, with its latest business plan centred around three strategic priorities: people, process and productivity.
