Gemma leads the Project Manager team at Wilton Park - an executive agency of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, tasked with convening international policy dialogue. Gemma and her team oversee the administration and logistics behind the delivery of Wilton Park events, helping to bring together thousands of participants from all parts of the world each year. 

Gemma brings her 12 years’ experience working in the Civil Service along with over 18 years in event management and fundraising to her position on the Council at gbd, where she seeks to make a difference by supporting the members and Board. She started her career at the British Olympic Association assisting Team GB attend and triumph at many Olympic Games culminating in the London 2012 Olympic Games. She is also a Governor at her daughter’s primary school and Vice-Chair of the PTA.
