Tim has been leading Facilities, Property and Environmental and Workplace Management for over 3 decades in both the Public (Sussex Police) and Private Sector. He has been with Elekta – the world’s largest independent radiotherapy manufacturers for over 7 years and is currently the General Manager for Elekta Ltd in the UK. Previously serving as Vice President of Global Facilities for Elekta and Regional Head of Facilities/Health and Safety for Collins Aerospace, he is an expert in driving change management, strategy development and regulatory compliance across diverse geographies including Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and is an expert in aligning operational efficiency with business goals.
Away from Elekta Tim has been a director and is the current Vice Chairman of Manor Royal Business District (MRBD) for five years. MRBD is the biggest business park in the Gatwick Diamond area and one of the South East’s Premier Mixed Activity employment hubs.
Tim is also an elected council member for Gatwick Diamond Business, a not-for-profit organisation to support Gatwick Diamond Businesses and the area as an economic area of regional and national importance.
In 2022 Tim became a founding Director and is the current Chairman of ‘Re-Energise Manor Royal’ (REMR) - an independent non-profit Local Energy Community (LEC), established to invest in and promote renewable energy projects across the Manor Royal business district. Initially funded by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and Crawley Borough Council (CBC), it works with the Manor Royal BID and businesses to move the local business community towards a Net Zero future.
In 2026 Tim became a Trustee of Crawley Town Football Club Community Foundation which offers a range of supporting services and sport development to the local community through the football club.
Away from business Tim is married and lives in Storrington in West Sussex, with his wife and daughter. He is a huge football fan and season ticket holder at Crawley Town FC and enjoys sailing at Worthing Sailing Club where he is a previous club secretary.
