Julie Kapsalis is CEO & Principal of North East Surrey of Technology (Nescot) and Chair of Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership.  Julie has worked in economic development for 20 years with a particular focus on enterprise, skills and social inclusion.  Julie served as an advisor to the UK Government's task force on women's enterprise and has recently contributed to the Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship. She was formerly Managing Director and Deputy CEO at Chichester College Group. She is passionate about supporting sustainable business growth and skills in the Gatwick Diamond.
