In June 2017, Sarah Lyons joined Creative Pod as a Senior Marketing Executive. Now nearly 10 years later, she is stepping into the role of Managing Director, an achievement that speaks not only to her ambition but to sustained impact and growth.

Now, as the agency celebrates its 20th year, she is taking on this pivotal leadership role at a defining moment: balancing the demands of new motherhood with the responsibility of guiding the business into its next chapter.
Sarah Lyons continues: “Becoming a new mum to my baby girl while also taking on this next chapter feels a little surreal, but in the best possible way. Both roles demand heart, resilience and big-picture thinking, and I am excited to bring all of that to drive the agency forward while showing my daughter what it means to be a working mum and a woman in leadership. We have an amazing team, a brilliant culture and ambitious plans, and I cannot wait to see what we achieve together.”
Sarah made history as Creative Pod’s first-ever female Director when she was promoted to Marketing Director in 2022, a milestone achieved through unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and a deep commitment to the agency’s success. Her impact has not gone unnoticed. In 2023, she was named ‘Employee of the Year’ at the prestigious Gatwick Diamond Business Awards and was also recognised as a finalist for ‘Businesswoman of the Year’ at the Dynamic Awards in 2022. These accolades reflect not only her professional excellence but the influence and inspiration she brings to both the business and the team.
