Pentagon are delighted to share that their Quality Leader, Lloyd Bolton, has attained CQI Practitioner Certification in Quality Management.
Since joining the business in 2014 Lloyd has been on an exciting journey of professional development within the organisation. Initially working as a Production Operative within the Post Moulding team, Lloyd transitioned into Quality Inspection in 2018 and now leads the five strong in-house Quality Team.
Recent attainment of his CQI certification is true accolade of Lloyd’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement, committing extensive personal time to his studies over several years. Fully supported by Pentagon funding the professional training and providing in-house support, Lloyd will bring a greater understanding and new skills into the business.
Pentagon’s full scope of plastic injection moulding and mould tool manufacturing services operate in line with a comprehensive and well established ISO9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Lloyd and the quality team are involved from an early stage for new products and repeat production, providing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) at the initial sampling stage and in-process controls for repeat production runs, ensuring every stage of manufacture is completed in a controlled manner.
