British Asian entrepreneur, Mo Kanjilal Wlliams is the Founder and Director of Edge Of Difference, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy working with organisations nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on the tech and gaming sectors. Her work helps companies reach the edges of their workforce and include voices that are often overlooked.
Mo built her career in senior leadership roles in global technology companies before moving into consulting. She co-founded a multi-award-winning inclusion consultancy and in 2025 founded Edge Of Difference. The business delivers immersive training, leadership development, and Future Talent Programmes that help organisations identify and support the next generation of diverse leaders.
Her work extends beyond business. She is a Non-Executive Director for Here, Care Unbound, and Vice Chair of Trustees at The Clock Tower Sanctuary. She sits on advisory boards for TechNative Digital and AgencyLand Network, and has mentored young women through The Girls’ Network since 2017. She has also secured a new publishing deal for a book on future talent, to be released in 2026.
